Can a poorly selected dose of levothyroxine lead to an increase in blood glucose levels?

Does a poorly selected dose of levothyroxine cause an increase in glucose in the blood? I mention that I do not have diabetes. At a dose of 25 tsh it was 2.9, while after increasing to 50 after two weeks there is palpitations, dry tongue at the periphery and dry throat. I mention that I give the stool more often. In addition, fasting glucose is 114.
