Yes, you can use Co-Prestarium and Parogen at a pressure of 107/64 and at 60 years old. However, if in your opinion Co-Prestarium has recently caused too large pressure drops, it is worth consulting a doctor. You may need to reduce the dose of the drug for pressure.
