I can't find information that buspirone (the active ingredient in Spamilan) can affect your menstrual cycle and bleeding. Such an adverse reaction is also not described in the drug documentation. Some extremely rare side effects may not be included in the leaflet or characteristics. However, the cause of the disappearance of menstruation should be sought in the first place elsewhere. If you are a sexually active person and menstruation has stopped, it is worth excluding pregnancy. Amenorrhea, if pregnancy is not possible, should prompt you to consult a gynecologist.
