I encourage you to consult your doctor. The doctor, based on your symptoms, will recommend further therapeutic treatment. You were probably advised to change your medication because Cilan did not sufficiently lower your elevated blood pressure. In the doctor's opinion, changing the treatment regimen should bring you positive results. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that patients do not react in the expected way to the proposed treatment. In addition, both preparations belong to the group of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, which means that their action is based on the same mechanism: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/17828/cilan-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/129009 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/63088/polpril-tabletki/ulotka/115191 It may be necessary to increase the dose of the drug or change the prescribed preparation. Changes in the dosage of preparations or the type of drug used should take place after medical consultation. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with additional materials that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/nadcisnienie https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-nadcisnienie
