To @Kika1980:
If your doctor has told you to take a Neoparin injection before you travel, you can proceed in this way.
I encourage you to watch our short video:
If I take an acard in the evening, can I take a neoparin injection in the morning before a long trip?

Small molecule heparins (e.g. Neoparin) and Acard have an anticoagulant effect, however, their mechanism, extent of action and indications for use are different. Acard contains acetylsalicylic acid in a dose that inhibits platelet clumping and is intended for long-term, prophylactic use in diseases that threaten the formation of blood clots and blockages in blood vessels. On the other hand, the small molecule heparin contained in Neoparin has an anticoagulant effect as a result of inhibition of coagulation factors. It is not used to prevent a heart attack, like Acard, but to treat a recent heart attack. Most often, however, this drug is used to prevent venous thromboembolism, especially in patients undergoing surgery and immobilization.
