What fruits and vegetables can reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills?

What fruits and vegetables can I not eat two hours before or after taking the yasmin contraceptive pill? What vegetables/fruits will reduce the effect of tablets. Does a large amount of garlic eaten two hours after taking the tablet reduce its effect?

To @Monika: Zbyszko 3 lime drink does not affect the effectiveness of birth control pills. The drink does not contain vitamin C (and it is the doses of vitamin C above 1000 mg that may weaken the effectiveness of tablets). Eating fruits and vegetables - including, for example, garlic (even in large quantities) does not affect the effectiveness of contraceptive pills. For example, in 100 g of lemon there is 50 mg of vitamin C. In order for contraceptive protection to be reduced, you would have to take 1000 mg of vitamin C, i.e. about 2 kilograms of lemon per day. The effect of contraception can be affected by some drugs, which we write about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
