After/before taking the PLACEBO tablet - you can drink alcohol. After / before taking a tablet with the active substance, you should take a break from alcohol consumption for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
So after taking the pill, I can immediately drink alcohol?

And before taking the tablet, how long should you not consume alcohol?

An hour is too small a time interval - please note that this tablet must be dissolved in the body, an interval of 4-5 hours would be sufficient.
If I drank more alcohol an hour after taking the pill (but it did not lead to vomiting), the effectiveness may be reduced?
And after what time after taking it is possible to drink alcohol so that it does not reduce the effectiveness?

You should not drink alcohol tablets or drink it immediately before/after taking the tablet - this may affect the effectiveness of the drug. If the amount of alcohol was small probably nothing happened, but for safety I would advise you to use an additional method of contraception for the next 7 days.
