The general rule when it comes to breastfeeding and medication is that the medicine should preferably be taken immediately after feeding, so that the interval between taking the medicine and the next feeding is as long as possible. The use of the drug Furosemidum in the process of feeding is not strictly contraindicated, so this general rule should be followed.
