Hello. For half a year I took Visanne continuously because of an endometrial cyst, then in continuity I also took Dionelle one package after another. Currently, I am again prescribed Dionelle with the fact that 2 weeks have passed since the previous tablet. It is not known when I will get my period, so on what day I should start taking. I mention that this is not for the purpose of contraception only for the sake of cysts.

You can take your first Dionelle tablet now - that is, on any day of your cycle. However, this does not provide contraceptive protection immediately, but from what you write, you do not care about this fact. Full contraceptive protection will be achieved only when taking pills from the next blister. During the current packaging, you should additionally protect yourself with a condom, bleeding and mid-cycle spotting may also occur (associated with taking the tablet on any day of the cycle).
