Do you remove the air bubble with the pre-filled syringes of the anticoagulant Neoparin?

Hello, mom has ordered injections d abdomen Neoparin 6000 j.m., gives them to mom according to the doctor's indication or 1xdoba I have a question about this air bubble, which is in the syringe - appears at the end of the syringe when I inject the drug or should it be removed somehow, pull out the needle when I get to this or just inject into everything? Thank you very much in advance

Do not remove air bubbles, you should inject everything with a slow movement. I give a publicly available instruction for performing this type of injection: "The needle cap should be removed from the syringe with a decisive movement. Do not do anything else with the syringe, first of all do not remove air bubbles, or inject the drug from the syringe if the doctor does not recommend reducing the dose of the drug. The syringe should be grasped as a pen, and the thumb and index finger of the other hand should be grasped by a decontaminated skin fold. Insert the syringe needle completely perpendicular to the skin fold and gently press the plunger to insert the entire contents of the syringe under the skin. Then remove the needle from the skin fold and release the skin fold. A slight bruise may appear at the injection site."
