In general, the rule regarding the order of use of drugs in nebulization is as follows: drugs that interrupt bronchospasm, mucolytics after prior hydration of the patient, finally anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics. Therefore, if you have not received instructions from your doctor, I suggest that you first perform nebulization with the drug Mucosolvan, which has a secretion-thinning and expectorant properties. The child should be well hydrated, which will facilitate the proper functioning of the drug. In the second place, I propose to perform nebulization from Nebbud preparation with anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous properties. In my opinion, it will be beneficial to use a break between inhalations so that the child actually has the opportunity to cough up secretions and clean the airways before administering glucocorticosteroids.
