Can I take Microgynon a little earlier on New Year's Eve?
Good morning I know that you can be late with taking a tablet of micorygon by 12 hours, but on the occasion of New Year's Eve I would like to take a pill somewhere around 18-19 because normally I take at 22.30 however tomorrow I will not have access at this time to the tablets, do you think that I can take these few hours earlier and the next one (after New Year's Eve) take normally at 22.30?

The optimal drink used to drink the tablet, or consume it immediately before / after taking it is water. Alcohol poses a risk of vomiting and is also an unfavorable environment for dissolving the absorption of the tablet. You should not consume alcohol at least 3 hours before or after taking the contraceptive pill and this applies to all pills of this kind. Even if alcohol does not lead to vomiting, it affects the absorption of the tablet in the body to some extent.
And in the case of orlifique tablets, alcohol consumption also does not affect the effectiveness (if, of course, vomiting does not occur)?

Tak, alkohol nie wpływa na skuteczność tabletek.
Może wystąpić jedynie np. ból brzucha lub inne objawy ze strony układu pokarmowego.
A np gdy wiem że nie wywołają się wymioty ani biegunka( praktycznie nie pije alkoholu) to ta przerwa między tabletkami a alkoholem może wynosić nawet 1 godzinę?

Na wypadek wystąpienia wymiotów lub biegunki można zachować 3-4 godziny odstępu między tabletką, a spożyciem alkoholu.
Jaki czas od przyjęcia tabletki a wypicia alkoholu byłoby odpowiedni

Tak, może Pani przesunąć przyjęcie tabletki o parę godzin. Proszę pamiętać, by nie spożywać alkoholu bezpośrednio po przyjęciu tabletki, oraz mieć na uwadze że zbyt duża ilość alkoholu powodująca wymioty może stanowić przesłankę do zażycia kolejnej dawki leku. Mowa o sytuacji, w której wymioty wystąpiłyby po upływie 3-4h od momentu zażycia tabletki.
