Antybiotykoterapii nie powinno się przerywać, ponieważ wówczas leczenie może nie być skuteczne.
Należy mieć natomiast na uwadze, iż alkohol zmniejsza skuteczność antybiotyku Unidox. Zwiększa również ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych, jak nudności, wymioty, ból brzucha, biegunka itp.
