Should I change Adenuric to Milurit?

What is the difference between milurit and adenurit. I took adenurit 80 mg every other day I have not had a gout attack for 7 years. The doctor prescribed milurit 300 mg. What to do? Is it too much dose? Is it better to stay with adenurit although it is very expensive.

Oba leki zawierają inne substancje czynne i nie należy porównywać ich dawek.
Oba leki hamują oksydazę ksantynową, jednak w nieco inny sposób, mimo wszystko finalny efekt działania tych leków jest podobny - czyli dochodzi do zmniejszenia stężenia kwasu moczowego.

Ponieważ oba leki dostępne są wyłącznie na receptę, a leczenie ustalane jest indywidualnie na podstawie wyników badań - nie jestem w stanie przewidzieć, który lek będzie dla Pana lepszy i jaka dawka będzie odpowiednia.
