Clemastinum Hasco oraz krople Zyrtec to leki przeciwhistaminowe, które łagodzą objawy alergii. Poza postacią leku różnią się one również substancją czynną zawartą w tym preparacie.

Clemastinum Hasco zawiera klemastynę, która należy do leków przeciwhistaminowych pierwszej generacji, które znoszą objawy alergii, ale powodują przy tym więcej działań niepożądanych, takich jak senność, zawroty głowy, czy zaburzenia widzenia.

Zyrtec zawiera cetyryzynę, należy do leków przeciwhistaminowych drugiej generacji, które są bardziej bezpieczne, powodują mniej działań niepożądanych oraz wykazują dodatkowo działanie przeciwzapalne.
