Can I use Biofenac if I have taken 2 tablets of Etopirin?

I have terrible tension pain. I was out and about, taking two Etopirins, hoping it would pass. Unfortunately, it did not help. I have a severe headache and I'm already at home. Can I take Biofenac?

Biofenac powinien być stosowany zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza prowadzącego.

Nie powinno się stosować łącznie kilku preparatów z grupy Niesteroidowych Leków Przeciwzapalnych (NLPZ), chyba, że lekarz zalecił inaczej. W leku Etopiryna jedną z substancji czynnych jest kwas acetylosalicylowy (z grupy NLPZ):

Natomiast w leku Biofenac zawarty jest aceklofenak z tej samej grupy NLPZ: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/11428/biofenac-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/12419

Łączne zastosowanie preparatów zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych takich, jak np. krwawienia z przewodu pokarmowego.
