In turn, the simultaneous use of Trittico and Miansec, in addition to the depressive effect on the central nervous system, as in the case of pregabalin and Trittico, may also cause an increase in the hypotensive effect, damaging the liver and increases the risk of agranulocytosis and arrhythmia. Simultaneous dressing of both drugs is allowed only under the strict supervision of a doctor. No intercation was demonstrated between the other drugs and melatonin.
