How to apply Izovag cream in pregnancy?

I am 26 weeks pregnant, at the last visit I was put on a pessary, I also got vaginal lutein and izovag vaginal cream. In the leaflet of the cream it is written not to use the applicator during pregnancy. So how to apply it?

Aplikacja powinna polegać na wprowadzenie kremu do wnętrza pochwy. Prawdopodobnie ostrzeżenie dotyczy etapu "jak najgłębszego" wprowadzenia aplikatora. W przypadku konieczności zastosowania kremu prawdopodobnie można odmierzyć zadaną ilość kremu, a następnie wprowadzić go do wnętrza pochwy przy użyciu palca wskazującego.
