Can a tablet of the OstroVit Vit&Min FORTE supplement be crushed?
Hello. I ordered a set of vitamins and I have a problem. They are too big. I thought that they would be straightened to swallow, but recently, when the pill stopped in my throat, I avoid it. How to make it easier and can such vitamins be crushed?
