Jeśli to konieczne można przez możliwie jak najkrótszy czas łączyć Gripex i Nurofen.
Leki te można naprzemiennie. Naprzemienne podawanie leków zawierających paracetamol (np. Gripex) i ibuprofen (np. Nuforen) polega na podawaniu leków naprzemiennie w odstępach 4 godzinnych – raz paracetamolu, raz ibuprofenu.
