Can there be an interaction between Trittico, Lorafen, Pragiola and Prefaxin?
Hi I take prefaxine 150 in the morning and half of lorafen, then for the evening trittico 75 mg and half lorafen. Then the doctor told me to take an additional medicine Pragiola 75mg in the morning and evening along with other medications. Will there be no bad reaction between them? Because I've read that lorafene can have a bad effect on this drug, and unfortunately I'm very afraid of the next side effects and their interactions, because I've come a long way with the side effects of drugs. Please reply. Thank you in advance

For three months I was leaving Lorafen itself. Now it's good before I thought only about death and I had nightmarish dreams. I also stopped taking these other drugs and it is very good. Taking a few medications, I didn't know what was going on around me. Now after medication I have biliary reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes and a sick heart. I took psychotropic drugs for 18 years. Now I regret that I took everything that the doctor ordered.

Między lekami, które Pani przyjmuje może zachodzić szereg interakcji.
Łączne przyjmowanie leków Trittico i Lorafen nasila depresyjne działanie na OUN (ośrodkowy układ nerwowy). Objawiać się to może, m.in. jako zaburzenia koncentracji, problemy z pamięcią, zaburzenia równowagi (w skrajnych przypadkach może prowadzić do zahamowania ośrodka oddechowego).
Dołączenie leku Pragiola może nasilić ten proces.
Łączenie leków Prefaxin i Trittico zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia zespołu serotoninowego, objawiającego się m.in. jako ból głowy, halucynacje, gorączka, sztywność i drżenie mięśni, zaburzenia snu (bezsenność), przyspieszenie toku myślenia i nadmierne pocenie się.
Jeśli obawia się Pani skutków ubocznych terapii, być może warto jeszcze raz skonsultować się z lekarzem i przedyskutować przebieg procesu leczenia.
