Jeśli nie robił Pan badań i nie wie Pan, jakie ma Pan stężenie wapna we krwi, to wydaje się przyjmowanie leku Calperos 1000 powinien Pan uzgodnić z lekarzem.
Rekomendowane dzienne spożycie wapnia dla osób dorosłych to 1000 mg na dzień.
Dieta podczas złamania kości powinna pokryć minimum dobowego zapotrzebowania na wapń, aczkolwiek proponowałabym ustalić dawkę w porozumieniu z lekarzem - nie wiadomo, ile wapnia dostarcza Pan do organizmu wraz z posiłkiem.
