Takie połączenie może być stosowane jedynie gdy jest to bezwzględnie konieczne i tylko po konsultacji z lekarzem.
Łączenie tych leków może prowadzić do nasilenia działania depresyjnego na OUN, objawiającego się m.in. nadmierną sennością, osłabienie, spadkiem koncentracji, zawrotami głowy.
