Can Dexaven cause numbness of the forehead and face as if the skin were anesthetized and bruising after changing the position of the body?

Hi I am after covid and stay for 12 days in the covid ward where I found myself extremely dehydrated by diarrhea. For 12 days I was given Dexaven intravenously, clexan and took Levoxo which I was prescribed by an internist before my stay in the hospital. Already during hospitalization I reported numbness of the forehead and face as if the skin was anesthetized, I heard that it was from oxygen because it cools the forehead. I was discharged home and the symptoms intensified and spread all over my head plus while standing I began to bruise as if I had circulatory problems :( Two days ago I came across the SOR with the above symptoms and I was sent back with a receipt without tests because, as the doctor stated, covid has numerous faces and must pass by itself. My question is whether my symptoms can be after the administration of Dexaven? How long does it stay in the body and how to diagnose whether it is a side effect?
