Ceclor jest lekiem wydawanym na receptę, zatem zasadność i potrzebę jego stosowania w szkarlatynie ocenia lekarz. Nie należy stosować tego preparatu bez porozumienia z lekarzem.
Ceclor nie jest typowym antybiotykiem stosowanym w leczeniu szkarlatyny. Lekiem pierwszego rzutu powinna być penicylina, natomiast trudno ocenić trafność doboru terapii bez znajomości dokumentacji medycznej. Najlepiej na ten temat porozmawiać z lekarzem prowadzącym.
