How to dose Ospen 750 in a child?

I have a question I got today for a child ospen in a dose of 750 weighs 36.5 kg and got every 12 hours after 10 ml.czy is it not too much. I have to give her Two scoops at once.?

Zgodnie z informacjami zawartymi w Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego Ospen 750 u dzieci od 6 do 12 lat (22-38 kg) stosuje się standardowo 1 miarkę zawiesiny doustnej 3 razy na dobę.

W niektórych przypadkach lekarz może jednak zalecić inne dawkowanie leku, wówczas należy postępować zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza. Zalecona przez lekarza dawka jest dawką pośrednią pomiędzy dawką dla dzieci a ilością leku podawaną osobom dorosłym. W razie wątpliwości, warto skontaktować się telefonicznie z lekarzem.
