Can the use of Diemono tablets cause abdominal pain?

Hi today will pass 5 days from kad I take the drug diemono for 2 days I feel discomfort and pressure in the abdomen is it normal during treatment with this drug?

Jednymi z działań niepożądanych leku Diemono są np. bóle brzucha, wzdęcia:
