Will Clatra help me with a cough?

The doctor prescribed me Clatra cough pills. In the leaflet I read that they are for allergic rhinitis, urticaria. Will they actually help with coughing? The doctor added that he did not want to introduce an antibiotic for the time being, after a few days I was to come to the inspection

Nie posiadam informacji, jaki występuje u Pani kaszel i jakie jest jego podłoże, w związku z czym, nie mam podstaw, aby zrecenzować decyzję lekarza, czy lek Clatra Pani pomoże.
