Tak, może Pani stosować magnez przyjmując preparat Biovital Plus. Proszę tylko wybrać taki preparat magnezu bez dodatkowych składników (np. bez dodatku witaminy B6, gdyż witamina ta znajduje się już w preparacie Biovital Plus).
Także ze względu na zawartość żelaza w Biovitalu należy zachować odstęp kilku godzin między jego przyjmowaniem a przyjmowaniem preparatu z magnezem. Żelazo i magnez stosowane jednocześnie obniżają swoje wchłanianie.
