Nie ma dowodów na fakt, że Lamilept (lamotrygina) osłabia aktywność hormonalnych środków antykoncepcyjnych - Escapelle, toteż nie ma przeciwwskazań do łącznego stosowania obu preparatów.
Natomiast takie połączenie może obniżać stężenie Lamileptu we krwi i przez to osłabić jego działanie.
