Is Velaxin contraindicated in arrhythmias?

Welcome! I have been diagnosed with tachycardia and I am taking a medicine to slow down my heart rate (Concor Cor, 1.25mg or the smallest dose). In the leaflet velaxin it is written that it should not be used for arrhythmias and I do not know what to do. Apparently, the psychiatrist said that it does not matter, but I prefer to ask.

W ulotce leku Velaxin nie ma informacji, że przeciwwskazane jest stosowanie tego leku u osób z zaburzeniami rytmu serca, lecz że pacjenci kardiologiczni, którzy muszą zażywać wenlafaksynę, powinni porozmawiać na ten temat z lekarzem, który rozważy zasadność takiej terapii.

Jeśli konsultował się Pan zarówno z kardiologiem, jak i z psychiatrą i od obu specjalistów otrzymał przyzwolenie do łączenia leków, to należy stosować się do otrzymanych zaleceń.
