Is it possible to combine injections with No-Spy and Tramadol or morphine and administer these drugs subcutaneously, and what is the bioavailability of these drugs compared to intravenous administration?

Należy jednak rozważyć zasadność podawania drotaweryny (no spa) czyli leku o działaniu rozkurczowym na mięśnie gładkie, z morfiną która nasila skurcz mięśni gładkich, czy tramadolem który często powoduje nudności.
Zwracam również uwagę że preferowaną formą podawania leków jest postać doustna. Podawanie leków w iniekcji powinno być ograniczone do leczenia szpitalnego, lub pacjentów objętych opieką paliatywną.

Jeśli to bezwzględnie konieczne, można łączyć leki No-Spa i Tramadol oraz No-Spa i morfina, podając leki te w iniekcjach podskórnych.
Jak podaje producent, po podaniu domięśniowym biodostępność tramadolu wynosi niemal 100% (jest porównywalne z podaniem dożylnym), przy podaniu podskórnym jest niższa (jednak producenci nie podają dokładnych wartości).
W przypadku morfiny biodostępność po podaniu podskórnym i domięśniowym jest taka sama jak w przypadku podania dożylnego.
