Podczas przyjmowania leku Levoxa nie należy przyjmować niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych (NLPZ), np. kwasu acetylosalicylowego, ibuprofenu, fenbufenu, ketoprofenu czy indometacyna, gdyż pacjent może być bardziej podatny na wystąpienie napadu drgawek (napadu padaczkowego), jeśli przyjmuje lek Levoxa.
Jeśli to konieczne, można doraźnie zażyć paracetamol:
