Przy nieswoistych chorobach zapalnych jelit oraz gdy jedocześnie stosowane są leki, takie jak Metypred i Pentasa najbardziej bezpieczne będzie zastosowanie na gorączkę preparatów z paracetamolem (np. Paracetamol, Apap, Efferalgan).
