Nie zaleca się przyjmowania preparatu Theraflu Zatoki w połączeniu z lekiem Propranolol, gdyż jeden z jego składników - fenylefryna - może osłabiać działanie β-adrenolityków (propranolol), w wyniku czego może nastąpić wzrost ryzyka wystąpienia
nadciśnienia i innych działań niepożądanych ze strony układu sercowo naczyniowego.
