How do I understand that I have to take Duphaston 2 times a day from the 16th to the 25th day of the cycle?
Hello, the doctor prescribed me duphaston and in the recommendation I have to take 2 times a day after one tablet from the 16th to the 25th day of the cycle, how do I understand these days? I did not get the information that I have to take them earlier after one tablet. The doctor was quite specific and I think I didn't get the full information. Please help.

Lek ma Pani przyjmować 2 razy dziennie po 1 tabletce od 16 do 25 dni cyklu. Pierwszym dniem cyklu jest pierwszy dzień miesiączki, czyli stosowanie leku ma Pani rozpocząć w 16 dniu po miesiączce i zakończyć w 25 dniu po miesiączce.
Od 1 do 15 dnia cyklu oraz od 26 do 1 dnia cyklu leku nie należy przyjmować w ogóle.
