If my condition worsened, even though it was better, could it indicate that the dose should be increased?
Good morning, I took brintellix 2x5mg as my doctor told me because I started with a dose of 5mg. After a month, I felt an improvement in mood! Since this month I have been taking 10mg in one tablet, while my well-being has significantly decreased for a week. Is it even possible that this is influenced by the way of taking this dose from two tablets (2x5mg) to one (1x10mg)? If my condition worsened even though it was better, can it indicate that the dose should be increased?

Standardowa dawka leku Brintellix (zawiera składnik aktywny wortioksetynę) to 10 mg raz na dobę. W zależności od indywidualnej odpowiedzi pacjenta na leczenie, dawkę tę lekarz może zwiększyć maksymalnie do 20 mg wortioksetyny raz na dobę lub zmniejszyć do minimalnej dawki 5 mg wortioksetyny raz na dobę. Dostępne są tabletki w dawce 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg i 20 mg. Dawkowania nie należy zmieniać samodzielnie.
