If you start the new pack of Sylvie 30 correctly, you are also protected during the 7-day break: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/76335/sylvie-30-drazetki/apteki More about how to use contraception correctly, we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje

To @Klaudyjka:

Supplementation of vitamin C (200mg), vitamin D3 and magnesium with vitamin B6 in standard doses does not affect the effectiveness of the Sylvie 20 contraceptive pill. Nevertheless, it is recommended to take supplements 2-3 hours apart from birth control pills to minimize the risk of potential interactions.

And I have one more question, I started supplementing once a day (in the morning) vitamin C (200mg), vitamin D3, magnesium with vitamin C. b6, does it affect Sylvie 20 tablets?

Thank you very much for your answer. Yes, I take my tablets every day at 10 p.m. and after a 7-day break I also start at 10:00 p.m. (I take my last pill on Mon. and I start a new blister on Tuesday after a 7-day break). I have been taking the pills for a year now and I am very satisfied. I am calm now, thank you and best regards.

To @Klaudyjka:

I understand your concerns. However, it is difficult to give a clear answer on the basis of such a short description.

By the phrase "should be maintained", I meant that contraceptive protection remains effective as long as you take the pill regularly every day, without any omissions.

Given that you took the pills regularly before the break and resumed taking them at the same time, contraceptive protection is maintained. With such meticulous use of the pills, the risk of pregnancy is minimal. Taking a pregnancy test 14 days after sex is a good practice for your own peace of mind. If the tests are negative, it confirms the effectiveness of contraception in your case.

And what does "should be preserved" mean? Before the break, I took it regularly and I always take it at 10:00 p.m. and now I did it again after the break, so I was a little worried about "it should be kept" 😁 I also always take a pregnancy test 14 days after intercourse, which is negative

To @Klaudyjka:

In the situation described, contraceptive protection should be maintained. With the correct use of birth control pills such as Sylvie 20, the effectiveness is also maintained during the 7-day break. Intercourse on day 8, after resuming taking the tablets, should not increase the risk of pregnancy.

Hello, if I took a 7-day break and took a pill on the 8th day (I'm taking sylvie on the 20th) and had sex with ejaculation on the 8th day, am I safe? There was withdrawal bleeding and I always take my pills on time, greetings

You take a full 7 days break - 7 days without a tablet and start a new package on the 8th day.

If I started a break 7 days after 21 days of taking pills . This is a required break of 7 days so if I took on Friday morning it is now 7 days break and I also start on Friday morning yes? Or on Saturday?

Tabletki antykoncepcyjne stosowane regularnie chronią także w trakcie 7-dniowej przerwy. Nie trzeba w tym okresie martwić się o ryzyko zajścia w ciążę.
