Is it possible to use Idrossicloroquine DOC interchangeably or is it better to use Arechin?

Good morning. I take Plaquenil 200mg once a day for other forms of lupus erythematosus. Currently, there is no possibility to get this drug, lack in pharmacies and wholesalers. Can Idrossicloroquine DOC be used interchangeably, or is it safe? Is it better to use Arechin?

Preparat Idrossiclorochina DOC zawiera tę samą substancję czynną, co lek Plaquenil, natomiast Arechin to lek z chlorochiną (a nie hydroksychlorochiną), nie jest więc zamiennikiem Plaquenilu:
