Can Xarelto be free for a person over 75+?

Hello, grandmother takes the drug xarelto. I flashed somewhere that this drug can be free for a person over 75+. Grandma has a pacemaker. The cardiologist says that there is no refund. What is the truth. Where can I read reliable information about it

Ostateczna decyzja co do refundacji należy do lekarza prowadzącego, bo jest on zapoznany szczegółowo ze stanem zdrowia Pani babci.

Wskazania do refundacji to: żylne powikłania zakrzepowo-zatorowe u dorosłych pacjentów po przebytej planowej alloplastyce całkowitej stawu biodrowego (do 30 dnia po przebytej alloplastyce) lub kolanowego (do 14 dnia po przebytej alloplastyce) - prewencja pierwotna. W pozostałych przypadkach lek można wypisać pełnopłatnie we wszystkich zarejestrowanych wskazaniach.
