Is it appropriate to use the combined drugs Pradaxa and Warfarin?

Hi Can I mix Warfarin together with Dabigatran. I got guidelines for three days 5mg. Warfarin + dabigatran150mg followed by a blood test. Is this right?

Nie należy łączyć leków przeciwzakrzepowych, chyba, że lekarz zalecił inaczej. Łączne zastosowanie leków może zwiększać ryzyko np. krwawień.
