Z farmaceutycznego punktu widzenia pomiędzy lekami Seretide 125 i Singulair 5 nie zachodzą interakcje wykluczające ich łączne stosowanie. Takie połączenie znajduje zastosowanie w terapii astmy. Natomiast są to leki na receptę i ich łączne stosowanie powinien zalecić lekarz, jeśli będzie widział potrzebę wdrożenia u dziecka w wieku 5. lat terapii skojarzonej wziewnym glikokortykosteroidem (lek Seretide) oraz doustnym antagonistą receptora leukotrienowego (lek Singulair).
