Can a pharmacist dispense a lower dose of the narcotic drug MST Continus than that listed on the prescription?
The doctor on the prescription wrote me 3 packs of MST Continus 100 in packs of 30 tablets, which can not be found anywhere. What to do in such a situation? Can they spend 1,100mg with 2 op after 30? And the third, e.g. 50mg 60 tablets.

Teoretycznie farmaceuta może wydać 2 opakowania leku w dawce 50 mg po 60 tabletek jeśli na recepcie zapisano 2 opakowania tego produktu w dawce 100 mg po 30 tabletek.
Lub 1 opakowanie 100 mg po 30 tabletek i 1 50 mg po 60 tabletek.
Ponieważ MST Continus to lek narkotyczny, który podlega specjalnym restrykcjom odnośnie przechowywania, kontroli i wydania - farmaceuta może nie zgodzić się na taką zamianę i poprosić o korektę recepty u lekarza.
Może np. skonsultować się z lekarzem telefonicznie, przedstawić sytuację problemu z dostępnością leku i poprosić o wygenerowanie kodu nowej recepty, np. na 1 opakowanie 100 mg, 30 tabl i 1 op. 50 mg 60 tabletek leku.
