Can I take an additional half a tablet of Bibloc at pressure jumps or would Captopril 12.5 mg be better?

Good morning. For a month I have been taking bibloc to lower my heart rate and pressure. I take 2.5 mg in the morning. My blood pressure is currently 115/70 on average, and my heart rate is usually below 70. Unfortunately, occasionally I have pressure jumps to max. 160/100, usually in the evening, sometimes once every few weeks. This can happen on a nervous or hormonal background, I am in the premenopause period. Can I then take an additional half a tablet of bibloc or would captopril 12.5 mg be better? Thank you in advance for your reply. Yours sincerely.

Trudno to ocenić bez znajomości Pani dokumentacji medycznej.
