I am worried about this spotting, because it has not subsided from the first tablet.

Hello, I have been taking Madinette contraceptive pills for 8 days. I started, of course, on the first day of my period. Since then, I have had spotting and painful under-abdomen all the time. Spotting always occurs during urination, but there is also a trace amount on the sanitary napkin. In addition, my blood pressure decreased (I always had perfect). Should I go to the doctor or wait? On the leaflet it is written that such side effects may occur. However, I am worried about this spotting, because it has not subsided from the first tablet.
