What are the available products with a composition similar to Gynolacta?

Good evening. I would like to ask if Gynolacta vagina tablets have a similar effect to Vagisan lactic acid in vagina cones. Because I used to use Gynolacta tabl but you can't get them anywhere. And I used it preventively after the pool and antibiotics. Thank you.

Gynolacta to wyrób medyczny zawierający Lactobacillus (pałeczki kwasu mlekowego). Działanie polega na przywróceniu odpowiedniego microbiomu, a zatem również PH pochwy.
Vagisan globulki dopochwowe nie zawierają Lactobacillus i mają inny skład. Działają nawilżająco i regenerująco.
