Can I use Ascorvita, Rutinoscorbin, Vigalex Forte and SFD Green Tea while taking contraception?
Hello. When using Atywia Daily tablets, can I use, for example: * Wit D Vigalex forte 2000 IU * Wit C Ascorvita 1000mg to dissolve * Rutinoscorbin * SFD green tea dietary supplement. Do any of these products weaken the effect of the tablets? I eat at 20, so will taking Wit D and C in the morning affect its proper functioning? Thank you very much for your reply.

Proponuję wybrać jeden preparat z witaminą C - albo Ascorvita, albo Rutinoscorbin. Niektóre źródła podają, że przekroczenie 1000 mg witaminy C w ciągu doby może osłabiać skuteczność leków antykoncepcyjnych. Na ten moment nie ma jednak w tej kwestii jednoznacznych dowodów, aczkolwiek uważam, że warto zachować ostrożność.
Jeśli oprócz witaminy C chce Pani dodatkowo suplementować rutynę, można wybrać preparat jednoskładnikowy, np. Solgar Rutyna:
