Leki takie jak Pramolan i Relanium można łączyć na wyraźne zalecenie lekarza. Wówczas należy obserwować swój organizm na wypadek wystąpienia, m.in. spadku ciśnienia tętniczego krwi, zawrotów głowy, nudności, zaburzeń rytmu serca itp.
