Jeśli pokrzywka wystąpiła po zastosowaniu leku Rovamycine - należy zaobserwowany skutek uboczny leczenia zgłosić lekarzowi, specjalista zdecyduje o dalszym postępowaniu.
Jeśli jest to pokrzywka przewlekła, lek może (ale nie musi) ją nasilić.
