Can Metypred cause headaches and heart pain?

I have been taking metryped for months from day to day I feel bad I do not have the strength to hurt my head and pericardia whether these are side effects of these pills please opinion

Jednym z działań niepożądanych leku Metypred jest uczucie zmęczenia, złe samopoczucie, zawroty i bóle głowy. Dotychczas nie zgłoszono bólu serca:
